Not a freezer recipe but we make coleslaw using vanilla yogurt instead of mayo and it's really good. You can add chopped apples (or pears, or peaches, or . . .) and/or nuts if you want, or just use the cabbage. We've even done it with different flavors of yogurt but vanilla is the most popular at our house.
