Talk to your MIL.  She's your best source for what their diets entail.  And they
would probably like having familiar dishes available for their meals.

My MIL is going in for surgery next week... I would like to make up frozen 
meals for 2... Kinda like tv dinners... They BOTH are diabetic... Any 
suggestions, as I have never made a diabetic meal at all... Thanks so  much!
