I buy a gallon of milk and divide it between 4-cup and 2-cup plastic containers with screw-on tops and pouring openings. When I am getting low on my thawed milk, I place a frozen container in my refrigerator a few days in advance and shake before using.

How do you freeze milk? Do you have to do it in the container it comes in or can you do it in small batches?
