A fun dessert we eat is baked bananas.

Slice a banana lengthwise about halfway through, put in a couple pieces of a milk chocolate bar and a smidge of peanut butter. Wrap the banana in foil and put over the fire for about 5-10 minutes. We just unwrap the banana and eat the insides with a spoon.

I freeze things and stack them frozen in the cooler. We eat for a week from
the top of the cooler down to the bottom as things thaw. Some things I like
 to make:

 - Couscous paella. I make up the soupy stuff, freeze it. At cook time,
reheat liquid, toss in couscous. Finish with a pat of butter. Done and done!
 - Form and freezer burgers.
 - Google dump chicken for marinated and grilled chicken.
 - taragon turkey burgers.

Obviously you want cook top and grilled items. Most people don't bring
 oven's with! Other thoughts include:

 - Sloppy joes to reheat.
 - any stew you like.

 Good luck!
