When I make this I usually use a 9"x13" pan and it is absolutely full to the
top. Sometimes, if I want to use more cabbage, I put it in one of my lasagna
pans (Corning, approx. 10"x15"). I divide it into 12-15 generous servings.
Served with a nice crusty bread, it makes an economical meal.
I usually cut it into 12 servings, serve a meal from it, and place the remaining
pieces, still in the pan, in the freezer until they are frozen semi-solid. Then
I lift each serving out with a spatula and place it into a sandwich-sized
Baggie. If you let it freeze solid, you'll have trouble getting it out of the
pan. The Baggie-wrapped portions go on a cookie sheet and into the freezer
until they are frozen solid and can be bagged up in a freezer ziploc for long
term storage.

Approx how many people would you say this serves? I can't wait to try it.
