[frozen-assets] Thanksgiving

 

Have we discussed Thanksgiving before? I will be having surgery shortly
before Thanksgiving this year. I would like to make as much ahead as I can.
What do you guys do ahead and freeze? Here are some of the things I plan

Apple pie filling

Rolls

Mac n cheese (not traditional but the kids like it)

I don't like the results with mashed potatoes and squash, so I will make
those the day ahead. What other things that would often be found on a
Thanksgiving table can be made ahead and frozen?
