I have made them before, but not with meat inside. Sounds most intriguing.
I may have to try that out.

Has anyone made these? I got a gift card from Williams-Sonoma for Christmas
and I'm intrigued by this pan. I usually make muffins up ahead of time and
pop them in the freezer for a fast breakfast, but am wondering about this
pan - if I could do eggs/sausage/etc. in the batter and make something a bit
more 'substantial' to freeze ahead.
