Possibly. The half and half is the part that may give you problems. It is
freezable but it separates.
I would freeze in amounts for 1 meal and wrap well or use freezer containers.
Thaw in the refrigerator. If it is in a container that you can safely shake, do
so to recombine the half and half. If the container won't allow this, heat over
low heat, stirring as you do. Either method of recombining the half and half is
probably going to break up the seafood somewhat but I don't think it will be a
major problem with either method.

We made a wonderful Seafood Bisque last night. It's a cream (half and half)soup
flavored with shrimp, cod, pesto and roasted red peppers. It was a huge batch
though and with the calorie count I'm hoping it will freeze for later in the
year. What do you think?
