Mayonnaise (by itself -- mixed in a recipe it's fine). Lettuce or other
salad greens (or any other vegetable you plan to use in its raw state -- the
freezing/thawing process makes them mushy). Hard-boiled eggs (the whites
turn into rubber balls). Those are some just off the top of my head.
If you google (limiting your search to .gov sites will give you some nice
reliable extension service sites) for this sort of thing there are some good
lists out there.
