Actually, preserves. I made some strawberry freezer preserves last summer. They're delicious, but because I rarely eat bread or toast and jam, they're just sitting there taking up space in my freezer. Plus they're just runny enough that they're messy on toast.
Does anyone have any suggestions/recipes for using these up? I thought about muffins with a spoonful of preserves inside, but that's an awful lot of muffins to use it all up, and, besides, like I said, these preserves are a bit runny for that use.
