My browser would not let me reply to this email so I am using this route.
If the biscuits can be frozen for that length of time to enhance rising, there is no reason they can't be frozen for a longer time. Once they are frozen, any number can be removed from the freezer, put on a baking pan and baked from frozen. I posted a buttermilk biscuit recipe here months ago and I think the directions would be useful for this. Pam
