[frozen-assets] Re: "pocket" dough

 

I use pizza dough I Make at home.   I use the recipe of the hillbillyhousewife.com site but have also used storebought bread dough.  Kids love them and saves a lot of money plus I can use up leftovers.  Just made a batch of bbq pork ones from some leftover pork I needed to use.  Have used all kinds of fillings.  I make them, bake them and then freeze.  Pull out and microwave about 2 minutes.  Hope that helps!
