Hi Erin:

The point of pressure cooking brown rice is that w/o doing so, it takes 45 min.-1 hr. to cook, but when you pressure cook, it takes 15 min. total, including steaming time after opening cooker.

What is the point of pressure cooking rice? It's the same amount of time
to cook as instructed. Just curious.
