[frozen-assets] Can you freeze eggs?

 

I have a bread roll filling recipe that I use very often and hate to combine the ingredients every time. Can I make them in bulk and freeze in portions so every time I want to make this bread roll I just thaw a portion and a filling is ready to use? The recipe is below and can the experienced freezer cookers have a look and tell me if it's freezable?

descicated coconut 100g
sugar 90g
butter 50g
egg 1
