Hi Janet and welcome to the group.
My daughter is away at college and I save 'leftover' tv dinner type meals for her and freeze them. I use those round plastic compartment plates and put leftovers from supper on them and slip them into gallon freezer bags.
I actually read this tip on a website and I do not remember where but they used disposable aluminum trays and made dividers out of aluminum foil to seperate the foods. If you want to reheat these in the oven the aluminum ideal would work for you.
Since she is in a dorm room she only has a microwave so she can open these and pop them in the microwave to warm them up since the plates are plastic. So I revised the ideal for our situation. She washes the plates and bags and brings them with her when she comes home for the weekend so I can refill them later and takes what I have frozen back with her.
