[frozen-assets] Re: Omelette Freezing

 

Most fast food restaurants use frozen precooked eggs inthe egg sandwiches they make all the time. Yes they heat them by microwave. i am pretty sure that is the only way you would reheat them to eat them.

And inthe frozen food section they are now selling frozen scrambled egg patties for breakfast sandwich making.

I don't think I would ever freeze them without cooking, you are asking for a whole host of health issues i think if you did not cook them first.
