It should freeze but not solidly due to the high sugar content. That's no
problem, just keep it at 0 degrees or below. It actually might work to your
advantage considering how you want to use it. Since the egg is mixed with the
other ingredients, it will freeze just fine.

I have a bread roll filling recipe that I use very often and hate to combine the
ingredients every time. Can I make them in bulk and freeze in portions so every
time I want to make this bread roll I just thaw a portion and a filling is ready
to use? The recipe is below and can the experienced freezer cookers have a look
and tell me if it's freezable?
