I peel and slice potatoes for ships then partly deep fry these, pat dry and
flash freeze okay. Actually I don't do this as much as I used to when the
children were young.
They froze fine and as they were for deep frying and I would do this from
frozen as for bought frozen chips I found they were fine. Haven't done any
of the other things mentioned such as mashed potato although i have frozen
potatoes in casseroles.
