Put it on your "To Do" list for the day you want to take it out.

Put it on your menu sheet for the day you want to take it out.

Another freezer question....what does everyone do about defrosting meat for
dinners?  Does anyone have a good system?

Sometimes I am good about getting out frozen meat a day or two before I am
planning to cook it, and letting it defrost in the bottom of my fridge for a
couple days.  But lots of time I forget and am not that well organized.  I have
lots of good stored meat in my freezer right now but then I can't use when I
want to try a new recipe.  I end up having to run to the store to buy a package
of meat to cook with.  It gets frustrating!
