I've given it a whirl a few times. I've done swiss steak with all the ingredients in a bag so all I had to do was dump and go. Make noodles when I got home. I've done a few chicken ideas as well, but seriously that didn't save all that much time doing ahead. So now I mostly prep ahead, cut onions, peppers etc and freeze. Cut beef into cubes, marinate freeze, same with pork. I like pork in the crockpot with a jar of salsa verde. I brown ground beef and freeze, that really helps with the crockpot as you don't even need to defrost. Will be interested in what ideas you come up with during your cooking session!
