Re: [frozen-assets] Do you brown meat before freezing?

 

When I get ground beef on sale I will cook it all up in my crockpot, then I
strain it and package it and freeze it in one pound packs.. that way I can
use it for many things..... I never though of boiling it though.. that sure
would get rid of the fat better..
