no need to apologize I only questioned because quesadillas are something I
don't make myself so for me seeing a recipe is helpful.
I would think that looking at this one you could do either - add cheese to
broccoli or keep separate and add to the other ingredients as you are
assembling. I would not add them to the beans because they would still be a
bit wet after being drained so I would expect the wetness to cause the
cheese to clump a bit. That is my opinion for what it is worth.
Adding the cheese to the broccoli or keeping separate would also depend on
how much freezer space you have.
