I use any recipe I already have that I like. I personally use empty Cool Whip containers or quart sized canning jars, but really you can use whatever you'd like. Say you have a recipe you like for pancakes - or bread - or muffins - or cake - or anything really. Set up several empty containers, then use the assembly line method for adding the dry ingredients, one at a time, to each container. Label them - "Pancakes - add 1 egg, 1 c. water, 2 T. oil" or something along those lines, whatever wet ingredients you'd need to make a complete batch. Then seal and store.
