[frozen-assets] Bleu Cheese Burgers

 

Beefy Steamburgers
Makes 24 (1/3 cup each) servings
 
4# hamburger
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans Beefy Mushroom Soup
4 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 t. onion powder
 
Brown hamburger and drain.
 
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated.
 
To freeze:  Measure out in 1/3-cup portions in small plastic containers, muffin cups, etc.  When frozen, pop out of container and place each portion in sandwich size Baggie.  Place in large freezer Ziploc, label, and return to the freezer.
 
To serve:  Microwave for 1-2 minutes, make sandwich, add whatever condiments you wish, and serve.
