Dilly Burgers
2# ground beef (or 1# ground beef and 1# ground turkey)
1 C. sour cream
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. onion powder
2 T. dried dill weed
Combine sour cream with salt, pepper, onion powder, and dill weed. Allow to set for a few minutes to combine flavors.
Combine sour cream mixture with ground beef.
Form into 12 patties.
Cook on stovetop, BBQ grill, or double-plated countertop grill.
My Notes: The sour cream will cause the patties to burn easily so watch carefully and don't cook on high heat. I've had the best luck using my countertop grill.
Makes 12 servings
