[frozen-assets] Fresh Oven Roasted Tomatoes - Basil Question

 

I'm in the process of oven roasting Roma Tomatoes. When they are done I will vacuum seal them for the freezer. Does anyone know if can freeze basil leaves in with them (for pureeing during the winter) or if the basil will blacken and be ruined?
