[frozen-assets] Hello Everyone!

 

I just wanted to introduce myself to the group. My name is Lora. I live in NC, and am a SAHM/Home Daycare Owner.

I have never thought of cooking ahead until recently. And with running a daycare that is open 24/7, meal times are very hectic. I am hoping that cooking ahead will help solve this problem.

I plan on not only freezing dinner meals, but breakfasts, lunches and snacks also. I think having a set plan will work wonders (I already plan the meals and snacks anyway, just on a weekly basis).

It is nice to meet everyone!
