We homeschool and having these meals in the freezer has been such a help:
breakfast: breakfast wraps, muffins, waffles, pancakes, individual pkgs. of
mixed fruit and greens for smoothies, etc... lunch - pb& j sandwiches,
turkey chili, various soups, bean burgers, turkey burgers, chicken
tetrizzini, and various casseroles, burritos and individual pizzas... snacks
- cookies, bagels, and various sweet breads like apple bread or zucchini...
whenever my freezer is stocked like this, it is so easy to get thru my day!
Hope this helps! -- nicci

ahead breakfast, snack and lunch items. I run a home based daycare, and make
all of our kids food from scratch. I also use mostly organic foods. I would
love to have kid friendly things to plan on that I just pull out of the
freezer, and cook up.
