I have frozen eggplant parm many times& does very well.

I have never frozen eggs but I have seen recipes for breakfast burritos to
be frozen- the eggs are scrambled& cooked inside the wrap.

Hi,

I am going to try freezing some meals, to help on those busy days, when I
don't have time to cook or the desire. Also, so I can take advantage of the
sales.

1. Has anyone ever frozen raw eggs? Can I just beat them up and freeze
them? Can I then use them in baked goods or for egg sandwiches?

2. Has anyone ever frozen Egg Plant Parmesan?
