I also use mine for chili and goulash in a pinch!
 

There's really no recipe for this.  I just use 4# of the leanest ground beef and follow the directions on the taco seasoning packet.  Then it gets packed in meal size portions for the freezer.  We use it for both tacos and taco salad.
