[frozen-assets] Re: breakfasts, snacks, and lunch

 

When I make pancakes, waffles, or french toast, I freeze the leftovers. You could cut the french toast into strips or roll the pancakes with a filling, or cut them for pinwheels. Waffles could be cut into wedges like pizza and smeared with nut butter, jam, jelly or whatever cream cheese / neufchâtel cheese mixture you like. Also, when making pancakes, I routinely add berries and nuts (chocolate chips if it someone's birthday) and whole flours to them.
