[frozen-assets] Freezing Choc Chip Cookies

 

Anyone have tips for freezing balls of choc chip dough to bake later? Mine dont seem to spread as far and as a result are harder and not as crispy at the edges. I am looking for a cookie that is chewy at the middle and crispy at the edges......An impossible dream? LOL
