Don't forget breakfasts! I had a super busy morning. Luckily I had spinach,
mushroom and egg pulled from the freezer. Scrambled up super quick in a
nonstick.MMM. I do make ahead egg casseroles, pancakes, waffles, any
muffins.

Subject: [frozen-assets] Re: postpartum meals
Hello All :)
I'm a new member and have already found some great ideas in this forum --
thanks!!
I think this postpartum meal idea is *fantastic*! We're expecting our first
in March 2010 and the peace of mind that knowing that there'll be easy-peasy
dinners waiting for us when I come home will be a tremendous help. (Even
though my mom will visit and my mother-in-law is around the corner...I know
everyone would rather be in the nursery than in the kitchen!) I just hope
that weird cravings don't throw a monkey wrench in that plan...."Baked beans
and peanut butter-pickle casserole??! What was I thinking??"
Lol, just kidding. Luckily nothing of the sort has hit me.
Thanks for this!!
:) Donna
