Sorry - most of my personal recipes are just eyeballing it instead of measuring anything so I don't have measurements.
Fruit & Cream Oatmeal:
Oatmeal (use steel cut or rolled oats)
The amount of water according to the package instructions
Small spoonful of preserves or jam
Cook according to the package directions. Add milk or cream at the end to get the fruit & cream flavor. I personally use evaporated milk without reconstituting it as you can use fat-free milk that tastes VERY creamy.
Swirled Cheesecake:
Get one of those no bake cheesecake kits and make it to the directions. As you put the cheesecake filling in the crust, pour small dabs of the preserves on the top of the cake. Use a toothpick or a chopstick and swirl in the preserves. What I usually do is put in about 1/2 of the cheesecake mix and then add the preserves (or other fruit toppings) and swirl it, then fill the rest and repeat the swirls. That way, it is swirled all the way through and very fruity.
