[frozen-assets] Re: Omelette Freezing

 

I have not done omelets, but I have made a big batch of breakfast burritos, basically scrambling the egg and wrapping it with different components, ham, turkey, spinach, cheese, etc., in a tortilla.
Also, you can do an egg/English muffin sandwich...
Makes for an easy morning...
