Re: [frozen-assets] Flashfreezing

 

I line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and layer my food that I want to
flash freeze( usually something like strawberries, or other fruits and
veggies) in a single layer and place in freezer.. when frozen I then dump
them all into a freezer bag. I don't do this with runny foods.
