Hi Janet! What works for me is those disposable tin containers you can get
for pennies just after Christmas. I grab a bunch of them and use them to
make frozen dinners without much cleanup. They come in loaf sizes, 8x8, and
larger. If I don't have them I line my baking dishes with foil to bake the
meals then freeze them. Then when frozen I remove the meal and foil, wrap
and freeze. When it's time to bake again to warm them up I put them back in
the baking pan. They've retained the shape of the pan so it's easy. Works
out great for me.
