Try using the Make-A-Mix cookbooks. Lots of good dry mix recipes to be found. In fact, my mother bought these books back in the 70s and that's how I got started thinking about this type of cooking. Another book, if you can find it, is Make Your Own Mixes. You could also try Marnie's Kitchen Shortcuts. Both books are out-of-print but worth finding, if you can.
A good web site is Mary Mae's Jars and Mixes. The web site has a ton of mix recipes although it does not seemed to be maintained any more. The links work though. See: http://marymae.tripod.com/jarlinks.htm

I am proud to say my headaches have almost gone away, I have lost 10lbs in 1 month and have more energy.
