I would do lots of quick food that she can microwave very quickly in the
common area....no lines forming behind her that way.
Tacos...burritos...breakfast burritos...hot pockets.. muffins...french toast
sticks....egg mcmuffins....pancakes are the ones I do often for my three
teens. I would also go on freecycle and request bowls from microwave
convenience foods. You can freeze individual meals in these and she can put
in fridge at dorm then straight to microwave. I leave a lot of pasta dishes
and casseroles in the fridge like that for everyone to just grab. For the
crockpot I think I would probably give her one or two fresh meals a
week....I assume u will see her weekly since u didn't say she has a freezer
and things aren't good for long periods of time in fridge. Anyway there are
tons of super easy crockpot meals...u could prep everything for
her...measure spices etc and she could put it in n have a home cooked meal
in her dorm. Freezee stuff is great but nothing is better than fresh. Hth

save money, I agreed to cook for her so she didn't have to pay for the
overpriced meal plans. I'd like to start stocking my freezer now.
