[frozen-assets] Frozen Juice

 

I bought several limes to juice and freeze in ice cube trays, which I did. Tips usually tell you to toss the cubes in a jar and then freeze them. It occurred to me that to retain the best temperature for the cubes, it would be good to freeze the jar and lid before adding the juice cubes to the jar. I'm going to see if that helps retain the quality of the cubes over time. Pam
