[frozen-assets] Introduction

 

Hello All,
 
I am new to the group (though I think I may have been in the group several years ago!).  My name is Cynthia and I live about 50 km south of Ottawa, Ontario.  I have been doing various versions of bulk freezer cooking for about 10 years - at times I get away from it, but I always come back to it.  I own and operate a daycare, and so use bulk cooking to feed my child clients great food, and I even cook and freeze meals for my dog!  LOL  I love to cook, and it's important to me that we all eat well. 
 
I would really love to find a cooking partner.  Do any of you cook with a friend or group and can you share some ideas about what works and doesn't work for you?
