[frozen-assets] Meatloaf

 

Meatloaf

　
To freeze: Cool. Cut into serving size pieces. Place each serving in sandwich size Baggie and twist shut. Place in large Freezer Ziploc bag, label, and freeze.
To serve: Remove from wrapping and place on microwave-safe plate and cover. Microwave until heated through
Makes 1 loaf pan

2# ground beef (or 1# ground beef and 1# ground turkey)
1 1/2 t. salt
1 C. crushed saltines (25 squares)
1 egg
1 C. catsup, tomato sauce, OR 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
3 T. minced onion OR 1 T. dried minced onion, rehydrated

Mix all ingredients together. Place in loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Drain grease before serving.
