[frozen-assets] Re recipe for Bacon Cheeseburger Potatoes

 

Am I right in assuming you could substitute chicken for the turkey? This sounds like a lovely recipe!

Something I cobbled together from 2 recipes, trying to please my entire family (husband, 12 yo son, and myself).

NOTE: This made one meal for the 3 of us (1 big eater, 2 med.)with absolutely NO leftoevers, so you might want to double it, or just double the meat. I tested it in the freezer for several days, and it was perfect!

4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced (like for steak fries, but not cut into fries)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 lb ground turkey
1 tsp olive oil
