Same with freezing instruction, ie there are none. I have been freezer cooking for many many years now and I could probably figure things out .... but again a new cook may not.
It is starting to look like an advertisment for this person's site rather than submissions to a freezer cooking group - that's my personal opinion, apologies if anyone is offended by it. I don't mean any critcism of the recipes themselves either, but it would surely be appropriate to include freezing instructions or even tips!
