[frozen-assets] re: where do you get recipes?

 

I freeze flank/skirt steaks in marinade, as well as pork loin or chops. It works just like the dump chicken - great! :-)

I find a lot of recipes on the internet (www.onceamonthmom.com is a new favorite). My favorite book that I've gotten from the library is Don't Panic - Dinner's in the Freezer. Lots of great recipes in there, that are not the same old cream soup stuff.

Also, go back in the archives for this group - you will find any and everything! :-)
