[frozen-assets] Re: Crockpot Freezer Meals

 

Love this idea! WE use our crockpot at least two nights a week as the children are in sports and we get home late on those nights.

I currently prep everything on Sunday evening and put it all in fridge for a monday/wednesday split. I am looking forward to seeing the other replies.
