Sure. I do it all the time. The only thing to remember is that things that don't freeze well raw won't freeze well mixed raw either...for instance, if you wanted to put a beef stew kit together, you could do the meat, onions, carrots, etc. but NOT the potatoes - add those on cooking day.

I'm thinking about putting together frozen "crockpot" packages that I can just toss in the pot in the morning ... essentially do a bunch of prep ahead of time, freeze the ingredients packaged together, cook them in the crockpot ... does anyone do that? Or have any tips or ideas to share from their experiences?
