I should know this, since I freeze everything under the sun in one way or
another, but is it possible to freeze tomato products like tomato sauce,
tomato paste, and ketchup? It is SO much cheaper by the ounce to buy them in
the #10 cans at Sam's, but I can't use it all up upon opening (unless I'm
doing a OAMC session). Can I divide up what I don't need into freezer
containers, portioned out to my needs, and freeze the rest? Does it retain
its "quality" or does it become too watery or separate?

Yes, you can. Works great, IMHO.
