You can if you plan to use the celery in cooked dishes, but not raw. I chop
mine, put it in sandwich bags in "one stalk" quantities, then corral all the
sandwich bags in a gallon freezer bag. Then when I need it for a recipe, I
just grab a bag. Very easy.
