I freeze tomato sauce and tomato paste. Most ketchup is shelf stable in a airtight container (squeeze bottles, lock and lock containers etc.) But since the others freeze, I cant imagine why you wouldnt.
Usually I freeze tomato sauce in ice cube trays for when I only need a little and then pop out and put in a gallon bag. I usually have one or two 2 cup tomato sauce containers.
Tomato paste, I put on wax paper by the tablespoon then flashfreeze and then bag it up in a quart sized.

It is SO much cheaper by the ounce to buy them in the #10 cans at Sam's, but I can't use it all up upon opening (unless I'm doing a OAMC session). Can I divide up what I don't need into freezer containers, portioned out to my needs, and freeze the rest? Does it retain its "quality" or does it become too watery or separate?
